About the Role

Working as part of our manufacturing team in Toowoomba, you will be involved in the fabrication and welding of a wide range of heavy-duty agricultural implements and earthmoving attachments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Fabrication and welding of heavy-duty equipment and attachments

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Producing high-quality work to specified tolerances and standards





- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

- Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

- Contributing positively to a team focused on quality and continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for reliable, motivated tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy being part of a productive manufacturing team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Proven experience in steel fabrication and welding

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks

- A reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach to work

A trade qualification in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (or equivalent) will be highly regarded. However, applicants with demonstrated fabrication and welding experience are also encouraged to apply.
