I-MED is seeking an accomplished healthcare executive to lead our NSW,ACT and WA business through its next phase of growth.

This is a significant leadership opportunity with accountability for business performance, growth and the capability to sustain both. You'll combine disciplined execution with a longer term view of investment, market opportunity and value creation whilst maintaining the delivery of clinical excellence.

The opportunity

You'll set the direction for NSW,ACT and WA, translating I-MED's strategy into a clear commercial agenda across a complex clinical network.

Your focus will span clinical reputation revenue and earnings growth, market position, operational productivity and return on investment. You'll identify where we can grow, make deliberate choices about resources and build the leadership and clinical capability required to deliver.

Success requires strong partnerships with radiologists, hospital partners and referrers. You'll bring credibility to those relationships, align interests around shared opportunities and navigate commercial decisions with clarity and respect.

What you'll lead
Our leadership balanced scorecard brings together four areas of accountability:

- Deliver: Achieve financial and operational commitments through disciplined execution, productivity improvement and effective cost and capital management, while maintaining clinical quality and patient care.
- Grow: Build a credible growth pipeline, strengthen market share and referral relationships, develop strategic partnerships and convert service and investment opportunities into sustainable earnings.
- Care: Lead a safe,



respectful and accountable business where clinical standards, patient outcomes and the wellbeing of our people inform decisions.
- Engage: Build trusted doctor partnerships, develop a capable leadership team and connect people to a clear direction, with the confidence and authority to deliver.

You'll be accountable for the performance of the business today and for strengthening its position for the future.

About you

You are an experienced business leader with a record of growing revenue and earnings, improving operational performance and building strong teams.

You understand the economics of a complex service business and can turn commercial insight into decisive action. You know how to assess opportunity, balance risk and return, and direct investment towards the areas with the greatest potential.

Just as importantly, you understand people. You listen, build trust and hold constructive conversations when interests differ or performance needs to improve. You set high expectations and invest in the capability of others to meet them.

You'll bring:

- Executive or general management experience with substantial profit and loss accountability.
- Demonstrated success delivering profitable growth across a complex business or dispersed network.
- Solid capability in strategy, commercial partnerships, capital allocation and operational performance.
- Credibility with clinicians or other highly skilled professionals.
- A record of developing leaders, strengthening accountability and delivering organisational change.
Experience in healthcare or a comparable service business will be highly regarded.
