Your Discount Chemist Sovereign Hills is a small, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to providing affordable healthcare products and personalised customer service. Our close-knit team is passionate about supporting the health and well-being of our local community.

We are currently looking for a Retail Manager to join our team full-time!

Monday to Friday

8:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- General office and administrative duties

- Entering and processing invoices

- Ordering stock and managing inventory

- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control

- Assisting with staff management and rostering

- Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries

- Working closely with the Pharmacist to support the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy

- Providing general support to the pharmacy team as required

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in pharmacy





- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive computer skills.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.

- A motivated, reliable and proactive approach to work.

- A professional, respectful and well-presented manner.

- A high level of honesty, integrity and accountability.

- The initiative and willingness to get involved, learn current skills and support the wider team.
