- $50-$60 per hour plus super, depending on experience.
- Full-time work with 40 paid hours a week, including paid smoko.
- Typical site hours of 6:00 am-2:00 pm or 6:30 am-2:30 pm.
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays depend on project requirements and are not guaranteed.

The role

Work on new multi-residential builds, from electrical rough-in through to quality finishing. Projects are mainly across the southern Gold Coast and Tweed Heads area, with an occasional northern Gold Coast site.

You will be trusted to progress your assigned work independently, with experienced site supervisors and dedicated project managers available for support. This is construction work rather than maintenance or service.

- Sound installation skills, attention to detail and reliable workmanship.
- The ability to work from a clear brief and communicate well with your supervisor.
- Residential construction experience or relevant multi-residential experience. Previous high-end or tower experience is useful but is not essential.
- The ability to get to assigned sites.

Support and development

- Regular site planning and support from established supervisors and project managers.
- Explicit standards and an internal system for job records and development.
- Individual development discussions and opportunities to progress as capability and opportunities develop.
- A work vehicle or fuel support when travel between sites is required during the working day.
