Our high-volume, multi-franchise Hillcrest dealership, home to Hyundai, Suzuki, GWM, Haval, MG and Holden Service, is now seeking an experienced and commercially minded Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department on a full-time basis.

? About the Role

Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, this role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to drive performance across a busy, multi-brand operation.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a high-performing Parts team

- Managing inventory control, stocktakes and supplier relationships

- Achieving and exceeding internal budgets, manufacturer targets and KPIs

- Driving profitability through effective purchasing, pricing and processes

- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

- Representing the Westpoint Autos brand professionally within the community

? About You





To be successful, you will bring:

- Minimum 2 years’ management experience within a parts department

- Experience in a multi-franchise dealership environment (highly regarded)

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems

- Proven ability to deliver results against financial and manufacturer KPIs

- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills

- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset

- Sound understanding of modern automotive parts, technology and design
