Customer Contact Consultant | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team in a varied role combining front of house reception and customer contact.

From welcoming customers into our dealership to assisting them over the phone, you will help deliver a seamless, personalised Mercedes-Benz experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate team.
- Manage a busy switchboard and inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Coordinate service appointments, respond to enquiries and complete customer follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely communication and resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records across dealership systems.
- Keep reception and customer lounge areas tidy, welcoming and professionally presented.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide coverage across reception and customer contact functions.

About You

- A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive first impressions.
- Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
- High attention to detail and confidence using multiple computer systems.
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, a contact centre, hospitality or retail is highly regarded.
