We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our GUESS Accessories store at the iconic Queen Victoria Building (QVB) in Sydney.

The Prospect

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall performance of GUESS QVB Accessories. You will lead and develop your team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the store consistently reflects the GUESS brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance objectives.

- Drive sales through effective selling strategies, strong product knowledge and exceptional customer engagement.

- Create a premium customer experience, building meaningful relationships and encouraging customer loyalty.

- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring all product displays and store presentation reflect the GUESS brand.

- Oversee stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy to maximise product availability and sales opportunities.

- Take ownership of all store operations, ensuring company policies, procedures and compliance requirements are consistently met.

- Monitor store performance,



identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

- Coach and develop team members, building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

- Work closely with the Area Manager and support office teams to execute business initiatives, promotions and brand strategies.

About you

- Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role, ideally within fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail.

- A proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs and deliver strong commercial results.

- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.

- A strong customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

- An eye for detail and an appreciation for visual merchandising and brand presentation.

- Strong organisational and operational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

- A genuine interest in fashion, accessories and current consumer trends.

- Flexibility to work a retail roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.
