This is an opportunity to lead the team at our MERSE Wellness Spa in Holmview and create exceptional experiences for every guest. You’ll oversee daily spa operations, build a supportive, high-performing team and help grow one of Australia’s fastest-growing wellness brands.

You’ll have ongoing support, including weekly coaching and mentoring from your General Manager and regular connection with the wider MERSE leadership team. We’re committed to developing our people, with the training, tools and guidance to help you succeed and grow your career as MERSE expands.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Holmview spa and maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment

- Own the guest journey, from first enquiry through to repeat visits and membership

- Recruit, lead and develop a team of front-of-house staff





- Drive sales across memberships, packages, treatments and retail

- Build local community connections through partnerships, events and outreach

- Manage rosters, payroll and compliance requirements

- Plan and deliver customer engagement and marketing activities

- Monitor KPIs and spa performance, identify opportunities and celebrate team successes

Who You Are

- An experienced manager ready to lead a spa team and take ownership of performance

- A fitness or wellness sales leader who knows how to grow memberships and motivate a team

- A beauty, spa or hospitality leader with strong service standards and a record of achieving targets

- A confident people leader who can coach, develop and hold a team accountable

- Organised and commercially minded, with the ability to manage daily operations while creating a memorable guest experience
