Join a Growing Brisbane Landscaping Company

Bellamy's Gardens is a growing Brisbane landscaping business specialising in premium residential garden maintenance, landscape construction and property improvements.

We look after beautiful residential properties throughout Brisbane, and we're looking for a qualified horticulturist who genuinely knows their plants, takes pride in their work and wants to build a career with us.

We're not looking for someone who simply mows lawns and trims hedges. We want someone who understands horticulture and can proactively improve the gardens they maintain.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Professional pruning, hedging and plant shaping

- Identifying plant species, pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies

- Fertilising, soil conditioning and seasonal plant health management

- Lawn maintenance, turf care and weed management

- Irrigation inspections and basic troubleshooting

- Planting, mulching and garden rejuvenation

- Providing recommendations to improve client gardens

- Identifying additional maintenance requirements and improvements

- Completing detailed job notes, including products and treatments applied

- Maintaining excellent presentation and communication with clients

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent

- Experience in professional garden maintenance

- Excellent plant identification and horticultural knowledge

- Confidence diagnosing and treating common plant health issues

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Reliable, professional and positive attitude

Highly regarded:

- Experience maintaining premium residential properties

- Chemical application accreditation

- Irrigation experience

- Experience developing seasonal garden care programs

What We Offer

- $35–$45 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience

- Full-time employment with consistent work

- Interesting, high-quality residential gardens

- Organised scheduling and modern job management systems

- Opportunities to develop professionally and take on additional responsibility

- Supportive and ambitious team

- Career progression as our maintenance division expands

Who Will Succeed Here?

Someone who can walk into a garden, immediately recognise what needs doing and confidently deliver a outstanding result.

You'll take ownership of your work, communicate professionally and understand that excellent garden maintenance is about improving a landscape over time, not simply keeping it tidy.

We reward initiative, horticultural knowledge, efficiency and attention to detail.
