To be successful you must have the following:

- 5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry
- A solid understanding of subcontractor management, procurement and contract administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The confidence to communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
- The ability to coordinate multiple parties and keep projects moving
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibility




- A genuine interest in developing into a Project Manager

The project will involve the construction of a new wing alongside refurbishment works to the existing aged care facility. With a strong focus on client communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination, this role will provide exposure to all aspects of project delivery. The business is looking to have someone onboarded as soon as posisble to assist with pre-planning, with onsite construction scheduled to commence in mid-January. The project is expected to run for approximately 12 months.
