This permanent, full-time role will see you working closely with operational leaders, providing financial insights and partnering with stakeholders to support informed decision-making and business performance.

Description

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management and strategic objectives of the business. Responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial advice.
- Preparing annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Delivering month-end reporting, analysis and commentary.
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.
- Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights.
- Supporting business cases and strategic initiatives.




- Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
- Assisting stakeholders to understand financial performance and make informed decisions.
- Preparing ad hoc financial analysis and management reports as required.

Profile

To be successful, you will likely bring:

- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or FP&A.;
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A commercially focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP or finance systems.
- CA or CPA qualification, or be working towards completion.
