Your new role
As Social Media and Content Creator, you will take ownership of engaging social content across multiple brands, with a particular focus on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will create and film content, develop tailored social media strategies and ensure each brand has a distinct approach suited to its audience.

You will work within relevant social media and industry restrictions, ensuring content is engaging, appropriate and aligned with brand requirements. This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys creating content firsthand and understands how to build engagement and grow a brand's social presence.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Social Media and Content Creator who combines strong content skills with sound strategic thinking. You will be comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting your approach for different audiences.

You will also bring:

- Demonstrated experience creating engaging social media and digital content
- Strong experience across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
- Confidence filming and creating original content
- An understanding of working within brand or industry restrictions
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative,



team-focused approach with a willingness to pitch in
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Melbourne's inner north

The team is looking for someone capable, down-to-earth and collaborative. This role will suit someone who values being part of a close team and is comfortable taking a hands-on approach.
