The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing financial services organisation, supporting the Managing Director while playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is far more than a traditional EA role. Working in a small, high-performing environment, you'll be a trusted partner to senior leadership and become involved across executive support, stakeholder management, business operations and special projects.

With significant autonomy and visibility across the business, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior decisionmakers, contribute to operational improvements and help drive organisational effectiveness during an exciting period of growth.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide high-level executive support while ensuring the smooth coordination of key business activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing complex calendars, scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, board papers and follow-up actions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting business development activities through CRM administration and database management.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and business documentation.
- Coordinating office operations, suppliers and administrative processes.
- Supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Providing broader operational support across the business as required.

About You

You are a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Executive Assistant who enjoys being at the centre of a business and helping leaders operate at their best.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities and are known for your ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or leadership team.
- Experience working within financial services, professional services, consulting, legal or a similarly professional environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate business records.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.

Why Join?
This is a unique chance to join a growing business where you will have genuine impact and exposure to all facets of the organisation.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, gain broad business exposure and enjoy a role that blends traditional executive support with operational involvement and project coordination. For a career EA who enjoys variety, ownership and being a true business partner, this is an outstanding opportunity.
