Commercial Valuer (CPV)

We are a technology-led commercial real estate data business, and we’re forming a dedicated valuation practice in partnership with a network of leading independent commercial real estate agencies across Victoria.

The practice is built around our proprietary data and reporting technology. That includes direct access to agency leasing and sales evidence, and an AI-assisted report workflow that takes the manual work out of the job so valuers can focus on judgement and sign-off.

The role

- Prepare and sign commercial valuations across industrial, office and retail assets, mainly sub-$5M

- Core work across three service lines: CGT valuations (a high-volume program through 2027), SMSF valuations and rental assessments

- Statutory, land tax and other valuation work as it comes in through our agency partners

- Talk clients, agents and accountants through valuation outcomes, the evidence behind them and the method used

- Help refine our valuation models, templates and QA processes as the platform rolls out

About you

- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and API member





- At least 3 years’ commercial valuation experience

- Experience in a quick-paced, high-volume environment, such as mortgage, panel or statutory work, delivering consistent output without compromising quality

- Client-focused, and confident explaining valuation outcomes clearly to owners, agents and accountants

- Strong, efficient report writing

- Open to new technology and AI-assisted workflows, and keen to help shape how they’re used

- Melbourne-based

What’s on offer

- $90k–$110k base plus super, depending on experience

- Uncapped per-report commission, so you can see exactly what each report earns you

- Start mid-January 2027
