Business Support Officer
Full-time | Redland Bay | Maternity Leave Cover with Potential to Extend

HCE Engineers is looking for an organised and reliable Business Support Officer to join our team on a fixed-term basis covering maternity leave, with the potential to extend.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll support our design teams and wider business with a mix of project administration, systems, document control and general office support.

What you’ll be doing

- Setting up and maintaining projects and records

- Preparing and following up fee proposals

- Requesting plans, drawings and other project information

- Preparing and lodging Council documentation

- Maintaining accurate project and document records

- Assisting with business reporting and general administration

- Supporting the Business Manager and wider team as needed

- Answering phones/communicating with clients.

About you

You’ll have previous administration or business support experience,



solid attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office. You’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable managing different priorities, learning new systems and following things through.
