About the role

We're Mr Trees, a local tree services business serving residential and commercial clients in Brisbane's West and Ipswich for over 12 years. ?

We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team. This casual role offers flexible hours, perfect for balancing work and life. You'll help keep our office organised, support our crew, and make sure our customers always get a great experience.

- Successful candidates will progress through an interview process, with shortlisted applicants completing a short hands-on trial before final selection.

What you'll be doing

✅ Answering phones, responding to emails, and handling enquiries
✅ Assisting with scheduling quotes and jobs
✅ Liaising with customers, tenants, and real estate agents
✅ Supporting a small, friendly team of three in day-to-day office tasks

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role

- Minimum of 3 years' office administration experience required





- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills ?

- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to help a growing business thrive

- Australian work rights required for this position

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office required (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
