Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader to guide our store team and ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience. You’ll coach up to 20 team members, drive service, sales and merchandising, and take ownership of product management across departments.

You’ll lead by example, monitor sales trends, train your staff, and respond to challenges with excellent communication and problem solving. Full time availability across late nights and weekends is required.
