Hydromulch Supervisor/ HR Driver – $35-43.50/hr + Travel Allowance

B & K Group Australia is a national leader in revegetation, erosion control and environmental rehabilitation. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Hydromulch Supervisor / HR Driver to join our team and oversee hydromulching and hydroseeding operations across South East and Regional Queensland.

This role is ideal for a motivated operator who enjoys leading by example, managing small crews, and working in a hands-on outdoor setting. You'll be responsible for supervising daily site activities, operating specialised equipment, driving HR vehicles, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As aHydromulch Supervisor,



you will lead on-site crews while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate hydromulching and hydroseeding crews on-site

- Drive and operate HR hydromulch trucks and support equipment

- Oversee daily project activities to ensure productive and safe operations

- Prepare, mix and load hydromulch and hydroseeding products

- Operate hydroseeding equipment and application systems

- Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality standards

- Liaise with project managers, clients and site representatives as required

- Travel throughout SE Queensland and Regional Queensland on project work

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Current HR Driver Licence

- Construction White Card

- Previous experience in hydromulching, hydroseeding, revegetation, landscaping, erosion control or similar civil works

- Proven ability to lead, supervise or mentor crews in the field

- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices

- Ability to work away from home when required

- Reliable, hands-on and team-focused attitude
