genU, in partnership with MatchWorks, is seeking an In Work Mentor to join the Inclusive Employment Australia team. You will work on-site in Bankstown, NSW, delivering hands-on coaching, building robust relationships with participants and employers, and creating personalised retention plans to support long-term employment success.

The role requires an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, plus experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or employment support.
