Peter Bowen Homes in NSW is seeking a Pre-Construction Administrator to manage the administrative and coordination needs of residential projects from planning to construction start.

You will coordinate council applications, building permits and approvals, track timelines, and liaise with councils, certifiers, consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth handover to construction. This is a 6-12 month contract with potential for ongoing employment.
