As a Freight Forwarding Trainee at Blue Water Shipping, you'll gain valuable hands‑on experience in several aspects of the industry. Two years of rapid career progression

Our trainee program is tailored to kick‑start your career and future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding and helpful skills valued in many different functions in logistics, transport and supply chain industry.

During the two‑year program there will be seven weeks of schooling, which will be a combination of physical classroom training in Denmark at the Blue Water Academy and online training from home. The program will give you the opportunity to connect solid practical experience in the office with theoretical knowledge. All teaching will be in English.

Completed secondary school or equivalent

Have a genuine interest in logistics, freight, or supply chain

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Have a strong team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn

Must be able to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance

Must have the right to live and work in Australia
