Mad Mex is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a 3-month fixed-term contract to drive major campaigns and brand initiatives. You will lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, print, and in-restaurant channels, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery.

You will manage creative, media and digital partners, support current product launches and restaurant activations, and review performance to optimise future activity.
