Randstad has partnered with an international leader in enterprise data management and digital lifecycle solutions to secure detail-oriented Storepersons / Digital Warehouse Workers for their facility in Dandenong, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Inventory & Asset Logging: Scan, register, and update serial numbers and asset statuses into digital tracking systems.
- Inbound & Outbound Dispatch: Receive, verify, pick, pack, and prepare sensitive technology hardware for protected transport.
- Hardware Sorting & Preparation: Categorise incoming enterprise IT equipment and securely prep devices for data processing.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular stock reconciliations and digital audits using inventory management software.
- Safety & Data Security: Adhere strictly to chain-of-custody protocols,



clean workspace standards, and warehouse safety practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Work Rights: Full Australian Working Rights required (No student Visas and 485 Visas)
- Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and confidence navigating warehouse management systems (WMS) or digital logging tools.
- Warehousing Experience: Prior experience in storeperson duties, pick/pack, inventory control, or asset handling is highly regarded.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and performing routine light-to-medium manual handling.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy when reading and logging long serial numbers, barcodes, and digital dispatch orders.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must be able to pass a national police check and a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
