The Townhouse Restrobar in Goondiwindi is seeking a Chef for a full-time, permanent role (38 hours per week). Reporting to the Head Chef, you will supervise two kitchen staff and ensure the quality and timing of every dish across breakfast and dinner. The role also covers menu planning, recipe development and food costing.

You will manage stock, FIFO, OH&S;, and roster, and train recent kitchen staff. Australian citizens encouraged to apply; requires Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent and
