Data entry of pathology request forms using laboratory application software

Answering phone enquiries, emails and in person enquiries

Provision of results to clients and medical practitioners

Handling accounts, appointment bookings and general reception tasks

Courier services with report delivery and sample pickup as required

Other associated administrative tasks as required

Selection Criteria:

A sound knowledge of medical terminology - medical receptionexperience will be well regarded

General administration skills including competence with a range of computer application programs

A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy in data transfer operations

Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to work cooperatively in a team environmentas well as autonomously when required

An understanding of and commitment to privacy and confidentiality requirements within a medicalsetting

The ability to live and work in Australia on a permanent basis at the time of application.
