Multiplex is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Industrial Relations Manager to join the Victoria team on a major Melbourne infrastructure project. You will partner with project leaders to deliver practical HR and IR solutions across the employee lifecycle and lead a small HR/IR team.

Reporting to the Alliance People & Capability structure, you will advise on EBAs, awards and employment legislation, drive workforce planning and recruitment, and champion a culture of inclusion and safety
