Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years’ experience in a busy café or specialty coffee environment and can handle espresso extraction, milk texturing, and friendly customer service. Roles involve early mornings with rotating rosters (4:00am–9:00pm), penalty rates, and opportunities to grow across multiple outlets.
