Goulburn Valley Health is seeking a Social Worker to join the Acute, Sub Acute and Outpatients team in Shepparton. You will support patients and families, collaborate with a wide multidisciplinary group, and contribute to care planning across medical, surgical, maternity, renal and outpatient services.

The role requires AASW-eligible social work qualification, strong psychosocial assessment skills, and proven ability to manage a clinical caseload within a agile health service.
