Uniting AgeWell in Geelong is seeking a dedicated Care Advisor (Case Manager) to lead a personal caseload, support older adults to live independently at home, and coordinate services under the Barwon Home Care Program.

Initially based in Belmont with relocation to a brand-recent Waurn Ponds office in December, the role offers a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and the chance to contribute to positive community outcomes.
