Solicitor/Associate (Property and Commercial)

The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Property and Commercial Solicitor/Associate to join our Adelaide office. You will be supported by experienced practitioners, have direct client contact and play an integral role in delivering practical legal solutions to our clients. Assisting senior practitioners, you will work across a broad range of property and commercial matters including:

- attending to a variety of commercial transactions, including both land and business conveyances;
- drafting and reviewing leases, sale contracts and other related property and commercial documents;
- providing general property and commercial advice;
- conducting due diligence and undertaking legal research;
- providing advice on landlord and tenant matters, including lease disputes, rent reviews and lease terminations; and




- keeping up to date with property and commercial laws, regulations, and precedents.
