Business Development & Relationship Manager

The role reports directly to the Country Manager and is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys growing a business, building strong relationships and delivering increased value for members. You'll work closely with internal teams and Supplier Partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Grow the existing membership base
- Implement a range of value-added services offerings to new & existing members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients
- Own a range of business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, and supportive sales documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipelines
- Provide sales administration, reporting, and follow-up support




- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

About you

- Proven Business Development experience in the Australian Veterinary Industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
- Keen analytical ability
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
