Vantive is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in North Sydney. The role supports clinics and patients with orders, quotes, and issue resolution, with two days of work-from-home and Mon-Fri hours 8:00–17:00.

You will liaise with logistics, Sales, and Marketing to maintain order accuracy and service excellence. Strong customer service experience in a rapid-paced environment, preferably in healthcare, plus ERP proficiency (JDE, Salesforce),
