We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Systems graduate to join a collaborative team, supporting the day-to-day administration and ongoing improvement of our HR technology platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone recently graduated in IT, Business, HR, Data Analytics or a related discipline, who is looking to build practical experience at the intersection of technology and human resources.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain exposure to HR systems, employee data, reporting and business processes, while developing valuable technical and stakeholder management skills.

12-month internship | Potential for extension

What you'll be doing

- Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, managing and resolving user support requests.
- Assist employees and managers with system queries and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate employee system access, records and data.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring relevant system updates are completed.
- Assist with system training, user guidance and maintaining documentation.




- Support reporting, data validation and regular system audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, system functionality and the overall user experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support ongoing HR technology initiatives.

What you'll bring

- Recently completed a degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- A patient, approachable and service-oriented communication style.
- Comfortable working with technology, systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in learning current platforms and processes.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
