- Manage a reduced portfolio of complex income protection and/or TPD claims
- Be an important point of reference for the wider claims team.
- Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies

- Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
- Experience coaching and mentoring current starters and experienced claims consultants
