This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and driving high-quality outcomes in a rapid-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support Team Leaders and field crews
- Coordinate traffic management operations across multiple sites
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and on schedule
- Develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
- Manage rosters, resources and workforce planning
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive continuous improvement across safety and operations

What You'll Bring

- Experience in traffic management, events,



civil or similar operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
- TMD1, TMD2 and TMD3 qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to safety and team success
