Laing+Simmons Head Office is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Corporate team, ideally based in the Hills District, North West or Western Sydney.

This is an opportunity to work with different offices across our network, with the support of an established Corporate team around you. You’ll enjoy variety in your role, build relationships across the business and contribute to a team that shares the workload.

Our portfolios are managed collaboratively, with a clear team structure across leasing, inspections, maintenance and administration. Each team member takes ownership of their responsibilities, with support available to deliver a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

- Working within our Corporate property management team to manage residential properties across different offices
- Communicating with landlords and tenants and providing regular updates
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with tenants, landlords and trades
- Managing rental reviews and lease renewals
- Conducting routine inspections and supporting open homes
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner




- Maintaining accurate records and compliance

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in property management
- Ideally based in the Hills District, North West or Western Sydney
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Ability to confidently manage portfolio responsibilities within a collaborative team
- Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management systems
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
