Caloundra House on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a House Manager to lead a Level III residential supported accommodation facility, housing up to 30 residents. This full time role runs Monday to Friday and involves overseeing operations, compliance, and resident wellbeing.

You will manage budgets, recruitment, governance, and stakeholder engagement, while promoting a compassionate, person-centred culture and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
