Community Solutions is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner endorsed at Proficient or Advanced to lead and mentor a team of Practitioners, delivering quality positive behaviour support to NDIS participants in line with their plans.

Reporting to our Practice Lead, you will guide onboarding, supervise plans, drive reflective practice, collaborate with providers and government bodies, and maintain stakeholder relationships across services.
