Wellways Australia is seeking a passionate Lived Experience Lead to embed lived experience principles across the Mental Health & Wellbeing Local Service in Gippsland. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in a leadership group, guiding consumer perspective and practice development.

You will support the lived experience workforce through supervision and learning, promote human rights and recovery‑oriented care, and collaborate to ensure feedback drives service improvements
