The Role

This role is all about being the friendly, confident voice customers hear before their solar assessment.

You’ll be responsible for confirming appointments, building value in the consultation, and ensuring our Solar Specialists’ schedules run efficiently — reducing no-shows and maximising the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Contact customers 24+ hours prior to confirm appointments

Build value in the solar assessment to reduce cancellations

Deliver confirmation calls with strong tone, confidence & structure

Handle objections and questions professionally

Rebook or resequence appointments to optimise calendars

Manage inbound SMS, email enquiries & shared inbox





Ensure all required documents are received prior to appointments

Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow internal processes

Support Solar Specialists’ schedules and travel efficiency

Take inbound enquiries from new customers

What Success Looks Like

Achieving 50%+ confirmation rate of daily appointments

Solid rebooking rates on first contact

High-quality, consistent customer interactions

Accurate CRM updates and adherence to internal processes

About You

Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Resilient and confident handling objections

Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated

Experience in customer service, call centre, or admin roles (essential)

CRM experience (desirable but not essential)
