Lumina Café in Sydney, operating as ACAC Coffee Pty Ltd (T/A: Lumina Cafe), seeks a skilled Chef to plan, prepare and cook Italian-inspired and Western dishes for the dine-in service. You will coordinate daily kitchen workflow and uphold high standards of flavour, presentation and food safety.

The role requires a Diploma in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management and at least two years in a qualified kitchen; strong teamwork, time management and a passion for quality are essential.
