Fulfilment Australia is a rapid-growing 3PL (third-party logistics) business. We store, pick, pack and ship for eCommerce brands, most of them on Shopify, and we get their orders to customers fast and right the first time.

The role

We're hiring a full-time crew member for our warehouse team. You'll work across the whole floor, not one station: picking and packing orders, receiving stock, processing returns and keeping the warehouse running.

What you'll do

Pick and pack online orders accurately, to each brand's own packing requirements

Receive inbound deliveries: unload, count and check stock, then put it away

Process customer returns

Use handheld scanners and our warehouse system

Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised

Jump in wherever the day needs you, from busy peak periods to stocktakes

Who we're looking for

Proactive. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked

Hard working. You take pride in a fast, accurate day's work

Enthusiastic. You bring energy to the team, even on a big day

Looking to grow. You want to learn how a 3PL runs and take on more as you go

Reliable, on time and careful with detail

Comfortable with physical work: on your feet, lifting and moving stock

Warehouse, pick-pack or forklift experience is a plus, but not essential. We train you

Full working rights in Australia

What you get

$30 to $32 an hour plus super, full time

Monday to Friday, day shift

Full training on our systems and processes

A team that backs people who show initiative, and room to grow with the business
