Life Without Barriers in Geelong is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support children in Out of Home Care. You will develop and implement case plans that promote safety, stability and wellbeing in a residential setting.

You will work closely with families, carers and DFFH, applying trauma-informed approaches and CARE/TCI frameworks to meet complex needs and achieve positive outcomes for young people in care.
