Join Citywide's growing Traffic & Events team and play a key role in delivering traffic management solutions across major events, infrastructure projects and essential services throughout Victoria.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and driving high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support Team Leaders and field crews
- Coordinate traffic management operations across multiple sites
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and on schedule
- Develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
- Manage rosters, resources and workforce planning
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive continuous improvement across safety and operations

What You'll Bring

- Experience in traffic management, events, civil or similar operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
- TMD1, TMD2 and TMD3 qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to safety and team success
