Evolution Mining is seeking a Training Advisor to shape our training governance and compliance frameworks at Cowal Gold Operations. You’ll lead learning system improvements and ensure safety standards are embedded in the workforce, while supporting a secure and productive site.

Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you’ll partner with site leaders to strengthen capability, optimise INX/Quartex Intuition and Moodle, and drive continuous improvement across training records and regulatory
