Join a dedicated team at the forefront of skin health. We specialise in comprehensive skin cancer management and advanced laser cosmetic treatments. We are looking for a versatile skilled who can seamlessly transition from managing the front desk to assisting in the procedure room.

Your Responsibilities

Clinical Support: Assist Doctors with minor surgical procedures, including minor wound care and suture removal.

Laser Therapy: Perform cosmetic laser treatments under Doctor instructions, ensuring patient safety and exceptional results.

Front Desk Excellence: Manage the patient journey from meet-and-greet to billing. Duties include scheduling appointments, managing recalls, and answering patient enquiries.

Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and clinical sterility throughout the practice.

Patient Care: Provide a pleasant and calm environment for patients,



ensuring they feel supported through both medical and cosmetic journeys.

Qualifications

Must hold current Laser Therapy Qualifications and a valid First Aid Certificate.

Experience

Proven experience in both laser therapy and medical front desk/reception roles is essential.

Skills

Strong ability to multitask with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Attitude

A quick learner with a genuine interest in medical skin treatments. You must be able to work effectively within a small team and autonomously.
