Kedron Family Dental has been caring for the Kedron community since 1997. We’re a well-established 3-chair practice with a loyal patient base, a close-knit team, and a reputation for personalised, high-quality care. Since joining the My Implant Dentist Group in 2024, we’ve been able to offer our team more training, support and career pathways.

The role

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant or Receptionist to join our team. Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on the front desk, work chairside, or enjoy a mix of both.

Full-time, 38 hours per week

Saturday half-days required

At the front desk

- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the appointment book and patient records
- Processing payments and health fund claims, and answering enquiries
- Assisting the dentist across a wide range of procedures




- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments, and maintaining sterilisation standards
- Looking after patients before, during and after their appointment

About you

- Dental reception or assisting experience (12+ months preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- Warm, patient-focused, with great communication skills
- Calm and organised in a busy practice
- Reliable, team-minded and keen to learn
- Full working rights in Australia
