BESIX Watpac is seeking a Building Cadet to join our Construction VIC division on a part time basis, through a two-year graduate and early career development program. The role provides exposure to Engineering, Design, Estimating and Safety as part of a structured learning path for university students.

You will participate in workshops, networking, and social events while gaining on-the-job experience across project delivery and business leadership development.
