Lutheran Services is seeking Support Workers for Group Based and Individual Support at Trinity Community Services in Bundall, QLD. This casual chance helps people with disability connect with their community, build social skills, and work toward their NDIS goals.

You will plan and deliver group based supports, develop participant-centred individual support plans, and assist participants one-on-one at home or in the community, fostering independence and confidence.
