GH Talent is helping a large Melbourne organisation fill a permanent Employee Relations role. Reporting to the Associate Director Employee Relations, you’ll triage risk, run end-to-end investigations, and translate complex matters into explicit recommendations for senior leaders and executives.

This is not transactional casework; you’ll identify risk early, spot patterns, and coach managers to build capability.
